We are a founder-led, specialist Maths and Physics academy for international students. As we grow, we are looking for experienced tutors who love their subject and love teaching it well, online worldwide and in person at our Sant Gervasi centre in Barcelona.

ROLES WE ARE HIRING
Maths and Physics specialists
Maths tutors
IB (AA and AI), A-Level, IGCSE, MYP and Spanish Bachillerato.
Physics tutors
IB, A-Level and AP Physics, concept-first and exam-aware.
Digital SAT and ACT tutors
Math and Reading and Writing, Desmos, timing and technique.
Small-group class leads
Run year-long small groups, matched to a curriculum and level.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR
The qualities that matter to us
- ✓Strong subject mastery and a relevant degree, in Maths, Physics, Engineering or similar.
- ✓Real teaching or tutoring experience, ideally with international curricula.
- ✓Fluent English, and the ability to explain clearly and simply.
- ✓Warmth, patience and reliability. You make students feel capable, not judged.
- ✓Exam awareness: mark schemes, past papers, and technique, not just content.
